“Art is the elimination of the unnecessary.” – Pablo Picasso
I love this quote so much, I even made a wallpaper for it. Next up, a poster for my office.

Happy 2010! It’s been a bit since I’ve blogged so I figured I would say hello. 2009 has come and gone, but it was a great year – Cheryl & I bought a house and got engaged. Not bad.
Hoping to blog more in the near future as well as add some new work. Stay tuned!
After far too long, I’ve converted JRHcreative to WordPress. From an aesthetic standpoint, the site won’t change much. However, the big difference is in the comments. Viewers can now comment on posts and projects without fear of crazy spamming.
I’m very excited to roll out JRHcreative, the WordPress version… now start commenting!
I love messing with video. Although I’m far from talented in the video world, I thought this was a fun, simple video that shows my day in the most brief way possible. Filmed in late 2008.
Brand new music, TV shows, and links to the right. Enjoy!
My main man, Pat Riley, and his fiancee, Caitlin, will be tying the knot next June in Rhode Island. I recently worked with them to put together their wedding website.

From Marc Ecko.
Wow.
I recently traveled to my alma mater, Syracuse University, for the first time since I graduated in 2004. Needless to say, the campus has changed quite a bit in four short years.
A brand new building was added to the Newhouse complex, part of the school from which I earned my degree in Graphic Arts. The inside was very impressive – this brief glimpse captures a bit of the striking, modern design.
After far too long, JRHcreative is ready for mass consumption.
A site similar to the one in front of you has been bouncing around my head for years – one that includes my design work, but also my interests and thoughts. I’ll do my best to update the site as often as possible – normally in the blog.
Any ideas for the new site? Feel free to share them by sending an e-mail to justin@jrhcreative.com. You can also share your thoughts through comments on the JRHblog.
Enjoy!
