Jay-Z has always been one of my favorite artists – but the man has done far more than music. In this commercial for Rhapsody, Jay-Z stars in a commercial that recreates his many album covers – a concept that could only work with perfect execution. Needless to say, the commercial is a smash and I’m a huge fan.

Additionally, I also picked up Jay’s latest album, The Blueprint 3. The album surprised me, in a good way. There are plenty of solid tracks and his collaborations with Rhianna, Alicia Keys, Young Jeezy and others hit the mark. Take a listen!

I saw John Legend play at the new MGM Grand at Foxwoods over the weekend. The man puts on a great show. Check out part of his closing song, “Green Light.”
